Rookie mistake, I totally should have checked the reviews first and not given them a 2nd chance, especially after my first experience. WTH was I thinking? First...
Wendys....you ain't all that! Stop charging burgerville prices for your small food that is not local or fresh in anyway..and FYI...throwing a handful of "Spring Mix" lettuce on your small (very small) grilled chicken sandwich doesnt make it either organic or fresh. I may have mistakenly given you another chance, but I'm not that stupid!!!
Secondly.....
You're fries with the little bit of potato skin left on does not make them fancy!
Thirdly....I'm quite ticked about your prices. And I cant and wont get over that! Not when I can go to P-Town and get me a fresh chicken sandwich from anyone of the food carts or restaurants down there for almost the same price! Reality check Wendys... it's a BIG NO FROM ME...There will never, ever, ever, never be a 3rd chance from me!
P.S. our first time we were here, the customer service was so horrible I actually called them on the way home to complain and not once, but 3 times they hung up on me!!! Again, I never should have gone back. Rookie mistake that will not happen again! DROP MIC!! -

They have remodeled the inside of the place and it looks really nice. When Wendy's gets it right, they can deliver a great burger. Tonight they were getting it right.
There are several innovations going on here - I'm sure I only noticed a few. Different seating areas / choices - from sofas in front of a fireplace to an area with plugins next to one of the windows. Tables with chairs and bar stools that are at least 2 different heights. It's clean, tile floors should stay clean and looks very modern.
They have the "mix your own" Coke machine that you have seen other places with a bit of a unique spin - there are a few "Dave's" flavor beverage. I can recommend the cream cherry soda.
The fries have a monitor that times the "hold time" - warning the crew when they need to drop new fries because the existing ones are about to reach the "toss" stage. I really appreciate that - it had been pretty hit-or-miss on previous visits.
They have hired a couple of new staff members - very pleasant, efficient and helpful.
You should give them another try - it's not like any other Wendy's I've seen and I think you'll like it. -

I just had a country style chicken sandwich it's horseless. It use to be a half chicken breast now it's prosessed chicken not at all as good as the original sandwich.

I was drawn to the recent remodel, and decided to give it a try. There were no other customers in the drive-thru, and a handful in the dining room, and the service was so slow (with zero communication from staff) that I finally asked if I should pull forward, so that the customers who had now stacked up behind me could get their order. They laughed, and said it was 'fine'. Also:
1. There was no greeting when I got to the window. A teenage boy was joking with a female employee about her being 'stupid' because she made too many frosties for the last order, and they were melting on the counter.
2. They loudly argued over who would restock the kids meal toys.
3. A young employee who was standing near them kept coughing into her t-shirt/arm, but did NOT leave the area to wash her hands. She began to make drinks as I was leaving, and I mentioned this to the employee.
4. When my order was finally ready, there was no greeting/goodbye, just a bag shoved through the window as the employees laughed about something together.
5. There were managers present (judging by their upgraded uniform), but they were talking/laughing/socializing and not contributing to making/assembling orders.
It was overall such a poor experience, and it seems to be the general experience reflected in local FB groups as well. Given that they just completed that expensive remodel, I hope they get their staff/processes in line quick. -

The slowest and more inaccurate Wendy's I've been to and I've been to lots of them. They really need to pull their act together!
